First rehab project in which I purchased the property as my primary residence and completely renovated it down to the studs over a number of months during nights and weekends. Unfortunately, I did a poor job of capturing the construction progress except for the photos my wife captured on one of her visits. Shortly after completion of this project, the property became a rental unit due to a job assignment relocation. I ultimately sold the property in 2022.
